HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Sample typically take up to 3-7 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 10 days. And Orders depend upon your quantity like 100 pcs Rash guard will be manufactured in just 15 days after payment confirmation.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. What are the Methods for payment and Terms?

We usually recommend to the clients to pay via Company Bank A/c , for samples payment normally use Western Union I Money Gram I World Remit etc.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TARIFFS OR CUSTOM TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?

As per your country rules, you will have to pay the custom taxes against the value of custom invoice.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL … WHAT’S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please email our sales team at Sales@YasinWears.com

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the courier will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest Courier office.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at sales@YasinWears.com  ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
